I can't renew my domain

I received an alert reminding me that my blog’s domain is expiring in 4 days but when I click on the button to renew, nothing happens. There is no error message but it doesn’t take me to the page to renew it – it just takes me to a blank page. It almost seems like the link is broken or something. I can’t let this site go down and we have been trying to renew it for the past few days. Please help!

The domain accionacademy.org is set to expire in 4 days. Please log into the dashboard https://accionacademy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades under the exact same username account that registered the log and purchased the domain mapping upgrade to check your subscription and auto-renew status to assure that the domain doesn’t expire.
