I can’t renew my domain name

I just noticed that my email address wasn’t working anymore and when I logged in, I saw that my domain subscription was expired. I tried to renew it but there’s no option to do it in purchases and it is marked unavailable when I try to buy it like a new domain.
What should I do?

Your domain expired some time ago and is inn redemption. You’ll have to wait untill a Staff member is available to unlock the situation.
