I can't renew my domains

    I can’t access my site nor renew my domain within the dashboard.

    This help forum is specifically set up to help sites hosted here on WordPress.com. I see that the domain of the site you referred to above is registered with Tucows.com. You will need to contact them regarding your domain renewal: http://www.tucows.com/contacts/

    Thanks for the reponse amanda, but the domain I need help with is CORNWALLWILDCATS.COM, which is unavailable to renew in the dashboard and I can’t access it elsewhere.

    My apologies, I had just done the search on the information you had provided in the original post regarding a .CA site :)

    From doing a Whois search of your .com domain, I see that your domain has expired and it is in a redeption period (https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/ )

    Redemption Period

    After the grace period ends, your domain enters the redemption period, the length of which can vary. This means the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost. (This is standard practice for domain registrars.)

    It’s important to note that during the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.
