I can’t renew my site..

  Hello
  I can’t renew my site.. i have updated my payment methods.. it telling me that ‘sorry, this user does not own the product you are are trying to renew’.
  I’m helpless, what can I/or you do?

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Hey @salonknoldogtot,

  Do you still have the domain or has it expired? It could be that your domain expired and now is in redemption period for which you need to contact the staff if your domain was registered with wordpress.com or your registrar.
