I can’t renew pleathers.band, I can only renew an old site Thesisbrigade!

    My domain expires in a few days (for pleathers.band), but when I follow the link sent to me in the email. I only have the opportunity to renew a very old site Thesisbrigade, which I don’t want to renew. Help!! My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and, or (email visible only to moderators and staff). I think my username is timmit65. Whatever the case, I need to renew pleathers.band. What can I do to renew?

    I can’t get pleathers.band to show up on my dashboard. As is listed above, it thinks I’m a fan paying for it! It also won’t let me claim it, because it thinks I’m two different people! My two email addresses linked to my personal wordpress are (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). I. also, am admin on bencsik.com with the email (email visible only to moderators and staff), which is where plethers.band started, but for some reason Pleathers seems to be on a different domain dashboard. Please help, Tim

    I do not see any upgrades under your @timmit65 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?

    I can confirm that pleathers.band is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @timmit65 login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can send yourself a new login link here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    We are not able to offer hints, but you can try any of your current email addresses in that form, then check your inbox to see if a login link was sent.

    Once you are logged in to the correct account you will be able to manage your upgrades and renew without issue.
