I cant reset password from php my admin and site login page

  hello

  I try to reset password and when I make forget password it send an recovery email when I click on the link I don’t have new password page I just have the page to login or create new account.

  I also try from my php my admin I already change password but when I try to login it give me invalid password.

  I don’t know what happen please help me
