Thanks for providing both the incorrect email address and the correct email address here please. The software redacted them IE. has hidden them so only Staff can see them. I typed modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. If your correct email address is already being used with a different WordPress.com account, you won’t be able to use it with this account/username.
