  i want to add plugins in my wordpress account but i see only plugins options i cant see add new plungins in my account so please kindly help me

  Sites hosted here at WordPress.com have access to many plugins that as built-ins but we cannot upload others. You need a webhost and the wordoress.org version of the software to do that.
