I can't see any entry on contact form I added in a page on my WordPress blog

  Hey, want some help..
  I made a wordpress blog and added a contact form to a page I want to know where can I see the entries done in it by people..
  I made a entry by my own but didn’t got where I (admin) can now see that entry..
  I also want to know that how can I add a image upload button to a page in my blog, means I want people to upload a picture and I can see it here.
  looking for answers.. o_O

  1) On your Dashboard > Feedback. All contact forms enteries go there
  2) It’s not possible. No one except you can upload image on your blog.
