I can't see anything on the pages and I can't reach my site to post

  I’ve logged in, and I can’t see anything on the page. I clicked on My Site, and it goes no where. I’m basically looking at blank pages with grayed out areas, and the blue and black bars at the top. That’s it.

  This sounds like it could be due to a browser issue. Typically when we see this, the browser is out of date, has a setting disabled, or is using an extension that conflicts. Sometimes though we’ll run into problems with browser updates, too.

  Can you confirm which browser you’re using, and its version?

  Hi and thank you for the response. After a harrowing two hours, I went back in again to look and this time rather than just click the “continue” button at the login page, I actually clicked the “not you?” and re-logged in. Now I can see everything. Very bizarre, but glad that’s over!
