I can’t see “enable threaded comments” in settings

  I can’t see “enable threaded comments” in settings > Discussion > other comment settings.
  It’s related to the theme I’m using?
  If yes, which themes support threaded comments?

  Threaded comments haven’t yet been introduced. It is coming, just not today.
