I can't see how I should see my dashboard

    Since recent changes I don’t see my dashboard as I should. I have a photo I have taken to show what I mean, but I know I cannot add it here. But would like to show if my explanation is not clear.

    On my Dashboard, I see nothing at top that I should see. Instead what should be there has dropped down to underneath that bar, so everything is looking scrambled now, as writing appears over writing, and cannot see what I shgould bve clicking on.

    My IE9 is still what I use since it came out. So using nothing different there. Same pc as always which I have cleared my cache and makes no different.
