I can’t see my active web pages and plugins

    Hi there. I can login to my WordPress account but I can’t see my pages and plugins in it. I want my website to be revamped asap and my web designer can’t do anything yet because of this problem. I am also getting an error message regarding Jetpack and when I point my cursor to My Site in the dashboard, there’s an error saying that my website has been disconnected. Please help!
