  Hi there, on which blog post did you try commenting on? Could you please send the URL?

  Also, are you a reader or an author of the blog? Bare in mind that sites on WordPress.com have a setting which restrict comments from appearing until manually approved by a site author.

  only first comment needed to be approved, then i had no problems, indeed you can see my comments in the last post till yesterday
  but since last evening i can’t post comments – also i cant’s post on any Blog and the message ” waiting for approval ” do not appear, so it’s very strange – a bug or something ?
