I can’t see my email followers

    I am unable to see my email followers list however, all of my subscribers do receive the ‘new post’ alert on email. Please help me find my list of email followers.

    Hi there!

    You don’t have any email followers, you can see all the users who follow your blog here:

    https://wordpress.com/people/followers/utravlr.home.blog

    The email followers are people who do not have a WordPress.com account and subscribe to your site with their email address. The ones who do have an account, are the ones you see on the page I linked above, they too will receive emails when you publish something new – unless they disable that feature from their accounts.

    Hello,

    I do have email followers as many people have shown me the updates they have received via mail regarding my new blog posts as proof. However the email followers count is always shown as zero. On another note, I have linked my social media as well to the blog and have over 600 followers and yet on the blog it shows zero.

    Please help me sort out this issue

    Hi there,

    I do have email followers as many people have shown me the updates they have received via mail regarding my new blog posts as proof.

    Those are WordPress.com followers that they have enabled email notifications. So that every time you’re publishing a post they get an email. You can see those followers here:

    An email follower is someone that doesn’t have a WordPress.com account and has subscribed to your blog through the Follow Blog widget:

    On another note, I have linked my social media as well to the blog and have over 600 followers and yet on the blog it shows zero.

    Those people are following your social media accounts and not your blog. That’s why they’re not shown on your WordPress.com followers list.

    If you connect your blog to your social media accounts with the Publicize feature, then those followers will be shown (as social followers) in your stats. You can read more here:
