I can't see my notification list.

    Whenever the orange circle appears on the bell in the upper right part of the screen, I’d click on it or press the shortcut ‘n’ on the keyboard to view it. This should show me a pop up of my notification list, like who commented, who replied and who liked etc. But even with a strong, proper internet connection, I can’t view it. There will be an endless blue loading circle but it never display my list of notifications.

    I tried opening my account on another computer and it works just fine, and I can see the list of notifications. What is wrong with my laptop? x____x Please help!
