I cant see my plugin menu and cant see the other users

  I cannot see the plugin menu in my panel. I tryed everything but I cannot see it. How can I be able to see it? And we had a other admin user from the user menu, but all of a sudden, he started posting again. We go to the user page and theres nothing there. How is that possible? Im the creator of the blog, how am I able to admin this users part?

  It is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress.org blogs.

  If there’s a specific feature you were looking for out of a plugin, please let me know and I’m happy to look for a something similar in WordPress.com’s built-in features.

  It appears that the only user other than yourself was removed from nerdmae.com on December 31st. Then this new post came in from that removed user on January 7th:

  Is that the post to which you’re referring? Or were there more?

  This is certainly an odd case, as a user once removed does not have the ability to save drafts or publish posts, neither in the post editor or via post-by-email. This makes me think it might be a weird database caching issue. I’m going to get a developer to take a look at this specific instance.

  Any other information you have on how that draft came to be would be helpful as well, if you have anything else.
