Hi there – I have two questions to help me understand where you are.
1. What is the URL of the site you are working on?
2. When you say “it says public, still no luck”, could you tell me more about what you mean by that? For example, are pages not loading at all? Or are you seeing a login screen when you visit certain pages of your site?

First, I was not able to post my Blog 2 under the main heading of the blog. I ended up having to create a separate heading for Blog 2. Now I published Blog 3, but it is not showing up under Blog 2 or anywhere for that matter. I can see at my end that it is published but for some reason it is not visible to the public. I hope I am making sense.

Hi there,
I see what you mean , let me try to help you here.
1. your blog is set to display the home page as the landing page, this means content that viewers will have access to content that you manually put on the hope page yourself, and right now there is just an image.2. If you want all your posts to show on the landing page such that when visitors click on your site URL they get an archive of all your posts, you have to set your latest post page as the landing page. This you do in the customizer, please follow this guide https://wordpress.com/support/pages/landing-pages/#customize-your-homepage
3. You can use categories as menu items to have different types of posts listed shown under a section easily available on the menu. please follow these guides for comprehensive details on how to structure your menus
