    My card was debited on the 18th October [redacted]. On my account. I cant se my purchase. Please assist. Email be back on (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us. I can see you attempted to buy a $300 Business Plan on 1 November last year, but that payment never went through.

    So any payment from us showing on your bank statement would have been made via a different WordPress.com account. Do you have any other WordPress.com accounts or sites?
