I cant see stats – i just get a blank screen

  I just get a blank screen when I click on stats

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It looks like you’re using Safari as your browser. Do you have any browser extensions installed in Safari?

  Also, does this happen if you try opening the stats in a different browser? If you need, you can download the latest versions of popular browsers here: http://browsehappy.com/

  I am using an old version of Safari – I cant update it because I am using an old computer with an old operating system.

  The problem with viewing the stats page has just happened recently – until then I had no problem. I suppose I just have to accept it because I am using such an old browser.

  Hi there,

  It may be an issue with your version of Safari being older. I’d recommend trying a different browser to see if it works better for you there. (If you have the same problem in another browser, that will give me more information to keep troubleshooting this for you.)

  I’ve tried it in Opera, Firefox and Sunrise Browsers – all are older versions because of the age of my operating system. When I tried to view stats a message came up – “Unsupported Browser
  Unfortunately this page cannot be used by your browser. You can either use the classic WordPress dashboard, or upgrade your browser.”

  When I tried the classic dashboard it worked. My only problem is that this does not show the countries from which the views on my blogs occur.

  Any help would be appreciated !

  The stats in the classic WordPress dashboard don’t include countries, but if your browser supports it you can try checking the stats here:

  https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog=67562867

  If that works for you, you can bookmark that stats page to see the country stats. :)
