I cant see the flipping book plug in

    Hiya
    I was hoping to upload my flipping book sample to my wordpress web site but can’t find the plugin.The plugins are on the dashboard, but are different from the instructions, there’s no ‘add’ new plugin on my site. I saw the plugin on the WP plugin site, but no way to load to my WP site, and I see you can’t upload plugins but is there a way to get this function happening please?
