I can't see where my pages are

  I have just purchased the Anthem theme and can not see any of my pages, shouldn’t they be on the left hand side?

  Also, the theme advertised that I could have a picture of myself in a circle at the top left hand side of the blog, could you please tell me how that is done?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
