I can't seem to buy a guided transfer?

  I’m trying to buy a guided transfer, but every time I try it comes up with this message –
  An error occurred processing your payment, please try again later.
  Guided transfer was already in your cart.

  I changed my fonts from custom to default like I’ve seen it suggested. I’ve already bought my bluehost subscription etc, haven’t set it up though on that end, is that an issue?

  Hi Shona,

  I’m sorry for the trouble! Are you trying to buy it with a credit card? If so, could you check with your credit card company to make sure they aren’t blocking the transaction from their end?

  That can happen sometimes as an anti-fraud measure (even if your credit card works elsewhere) and can sometimes result in a generic error message like that.
