  I am positive that we are all paid up. I can get to my first screen, but if I want to write anything it brings me to blank page.

  Hi there – It sounds like the issue you are experiencing may be browser related. A couple of ideas to try to get this fixed up…

  1. Try clearing your browser’s saved cache, then restart your browser (make sure to remember your WordPress.com login credentials in case you are asked to log in again). https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  2. Try logging into your WordPress.com account through a different web browser, then see if you are able to get past that first screen. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try Mozilla Firefox.

  If either of these first two options don’t help resolve the issue, let us know please.
