I can't seem to get my newly created links to post on my website???!

    I don’t care how many times I’ve read the instructions on how to set up widgets, add new links, use a blogroll, etc. My WP-Administrator tab shows up slightly different on my My Site, but exactly the same on my Dashboard? (HUH!) I’ve been at this for hours and hours! I can’t seem to get my newly created links to post on my website??? I’m thoroughly disgusted!!! Will somebody help me, please?! Thank you!
