I can't seem to just login to start a new blog site the way I want.

  I have totally flowered up my account(s) and get a template I don’t want, and can’t select another. I deleted the blog and just want to use my name joeguggia.wordpress.com, and want to start over with wordpress, but won’t let me. What do I do?????? Also don’t want to use “theauthenticflowerguy” any more…

  If you deleted the blog, the URL is gone forever, as the warnings said.

  http://joeguggia.wordpress.com/ however, exists just fine. When you say you want to start over, what do you mean? What specific problem are you having in selecting a different theme? Also, what browser and version are you using?

  Thanks so much for the help! Sorry about the “F” word….I was just exasperated. I was trying to get a different template, tried one, and when I use the google browser, that template comes up with no site admin to change it (or I can’t find it). So trying a different browser should help with directing to the login. I’ll try that and appreciate your knowledge. Good at creating, not so good allowing tech things to be simple!

  You can just put the Meta widget in the sidebar, and that has a button to log in.

  It sounds like your login issues have been resolved. Are you still having any problems?
