I can't seem to move widgets into sidebars with my new blog.

  I can’t seem to move widgets to sidebar. I’ve had no problem doing it for another WordPress blog I have – http://www.simplyorganicmarketing.com – but for some reason I am unable to move them for this blog. I place my mouse over the widget I want to move, left click and try to move and nothing happens.
  I’ve tried switching browsers – I’ve tried both IE and Chrome – neither works. Can you offer me some suggestions to try please?
