I cant seem to remove the comments box

  Hello
  it seems i cant remove the comments box from my pages. Even when i uncheck everything and delete “leave a reply” it defaults back to this.
  I do not require a reply or comment box on any of my pages. some help would be useful as the Support page seems to show a differrent layout for discussion.

  Have you followed this guide to disable your comments?

  Keep in mind that the setting at Settings -> Discussion only affects future posts, and you need to disable them on existing posts as detailed in the guide.
