I can't seem to renew our domain justpolicy.co.uk

  Our domain name runs out on 20th August and so I need to renew it asap. How do I do this?

  Also, how do I ensure the right people get the reminders about this in the future?

  justpolicy.co.uk is set as the primary domain for justpolicy.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address. The blog’s owner can login in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) and renew upgrades at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  Thanks, that’s helpful. Hopefully I will get staff support as the person who created the domain is no longer working with us.

  If you cannot contact the blog’s actual owner and get them to transfer the blog and upgrades then see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/gift-upgrades/. It’s not a great solution bust it’s the best that can be done in that situation.

  Thanks. The link you provided was very helpful, but it said I would have a ‘gift’ option when I click on the ‘renew now’ button. I don’t have that option and when I tried again to pay today i get a message saying ‘This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?’ I can’t seem to say ‘yes’ and move on.

  I will try and find some digital help to guide me through
