I can't setup auto renew despite entering credit card information.

  Pretty much says it all – I click “enable auto renewal”, fill out my cc info, and it doesn’t enable auto renew. Please tell me how.

  We’re looking into this bug now.

  In a worse-case scenario, you may have to renew it manually, but you’ll be able to correctly enable auto-renew during the process.
