  You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.

  If the login information has been lost go to
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#lost-password

  If required use the account recovery form
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  Thank you for your reply. I had reset my password, and had noted it down and now when I put it in I get an invalid password message.

  When I try to reset the password, it wont accept my email address, very frustrating to say the least

  Please confirm your email address is correct on your accounts page.

  There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.

  The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time.

  Hi

  And thank you, if I knew how to subscribe to the link I would. I cant believe that it is so difficult to just reset a password. Also why wordpress now will not accept my email address.

  What site are you trying to edit? The fact that you can post here means you are already signed in as mummy1956, so you should be able to edit the one site that belongs to this account, https://counsellingkbrown.wordpress.com/

  What is the site you are trying to edit and what is the email address you are using on the password reset form?

  Hi

  Thank you for the response. The name of the website is counsellingkbrown.co.uk. The email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  When I try to reset my password I keep getting a message that this is the incorrect email.
