I can't track or see my followers in my blog stat

  I started blogging about a week ago and I discovered that my followers has increased dramatically of about 7000 followers , but unfortunately I was not able to see any follower on my blog dashboard. . I just saw 4 followers. . This is crazy. . Please can someone help me out with this..
