I cant transfer because my domain name are locked

  Hello Wordress support.

  I haven´t got any respons from my previous mail, but I have tried to lock up my domain name. jinistic.com, that I have bought from you. I have changed the name server from wordpress to hostgators, but changed it again to wordpress.com name server.
  I need to lock up the domain name to manage to transfer it to the host that I have. Please help me? Do I need to change the name server again to unlock it?

  I have changed the name server from wordpress to hostgators, but changed it again to wordpress.com name server.

  You would only change the name server if you planned to keep the domain registered with us and point it to your new site at Hostgator.

  It sounds like you want to actually transfer the domain, so you don’t need to worry about that part.

  I see you are in the middle of the transfer. If you’ve already received your transfer code, the last step is to accept the transfer. Go back to the domain transfer options on this page.

  And click the accept transfer button. That will move the domain to your new host.
