i can't transfer my domain

    I want to transfer my blog from. Com a. Org, I have a private hosting and I shall transfer my domain which has an age of 5 months. Com so you should apparate the option of transferring domain in paragraph editing domain. .. but I do not get that option.

    I need help please, thanks.
