I can’t transfer the domain name for my site

  Hello,

  According to the WordPress profiler site, our site (gemonu.com) is hosted by Amazon but the domain name registar is wordpress.com. The problem is that none of the administrator accounts on our website have access to the domain or hosting page. Is this normal? We want to transfer the domain to another registrar but it’s making things difficult.

  The admin accounts on a site are not always the wordpress.com account of the owner. Only the owner of that domain can transfer his domain. To restore access to the account owning that domain, you can use the TransactionID. All info can be found at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
