I can’t transfer this out of my account… why?

Trying to transfer this out of my account to a new wordpress.com account. But, after doing research, and finding instructions on how to transfer, I’m actually unable to transfer, because the stated options do not exist in my dashboard. What am I doing wrong?

Please note http://www.profishiency.com is not hosted on WordPress.com hence if you are using the instructions in this guide , it will not work as these are only for transferring sites hosted on WordPress.com and they have to be on the premium plan or below.

Hey there, http://www.profishiency.com seems to be a copy of the free WordPress software hosted with GoDaddy, so your settings may be just a bit different.
Can you confirm what site you’re transferring, and to which service? We’d be happy to point you in the right direction.

It is hosted with GoDaddy, but WooCommerce is asking us to put in payment details for shipping, and there seems to be some tie to my wordpress.com account from the initial buildout. Might be a plug in of some sort.
However, with that being said, I will no longer be affiliated with Profishiency moving forward, so it makes sense to move it from my account to another WordPress.com account.
So, one of the employees of Profishiency was going to print a shipping label and went through the steps inside the website dashboard, and it prompted him to add a payment method to his WordPress.com account, so he created one. I simply want to transfer it from my WordPress.com account to his WordPress.com account.
When I’ve gone through the steps, and I get to the part where I go into my account dashboard on WordPress.com and go to “Manage Blogs” and from there, I should be able to check a box next to Profishiency.com and transfer it out to another account. However, when I go to do that, I’m not even able to check a box next to the website URL.

Ok, please contact WooCommerce about this via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ and they’ll be able to sort that out for you.
