    Never post a phone number on a public forum unless you want to be flooded by spammers. WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support so anyone calling claiming to be from wordpress.com is a fraude.

    We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted at Hostinger meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org.
    You must solve this problem yourself by taking a dive into the wordpress.org documentation – https://wordpress.org/documentation/ – or by posting your problem in their forums – https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
