I can’t unlock my site for a transfer

    I’m trying to unlock my site for a transfer but it returns an error and I’m stuck. Customer Support is not helping either as the AI does not return a human to help either.

    I decided to go a different route and no-longer need this.

    However, for future reference. I wanted to transfer the domain, which requires unlocking it first to get a code. When I tried unlocking, it wouldn’t and an error saying something along the lines of “Could not unlock, contact customer support”.

    Either way, like I mentioned, I no longer need this addressed as I am doing something else instead. Thanks!
