I can’t unsubscribe from a blog

    I am still subscribed to terribleminds.com, a WordPress blog I no longer wish to be subscribed to. When I try to unsubscribe, it asks me to sign in. I did with an email link but the site doesn’t appear in my subscriptions. I believe this is because I subscribed with this email address before I started a WordPress account.

    How do I unsubscribe?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Thank you for reaching out. The problem with the unsubscribe links in the subscription emails is that if you’re currently logged into any WordPress.com account (regardless of whether it’s the one you used to subscribe), clicking the link will redirect you to that account.

    To resolve this, I suggest logging out of your WordPress.com account first by visiting https://wordpress.com/me. After logging out, click the unsubscribe link again. Alternatively, you can open the link in an incognito window to complete the subscription removal process.
