I can’t unsubscribe from ‘Variety’ e-mails.

    I am receiving ‘Variety’ emails at (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I’m only given the option of unsubscribing with the e-mail address of (email visible only to moderators and staff). Again, the offending ‘Variety’ e-mails are coming from (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please help. I’ve been flooded for weeks!

    Hi jmr012, sorry to hear it.

    The email that gets the unwanted mail should have an unsubscribe link. The trouble is that if you click it while logged into this account, it will show information for the address listed here:
    https://wordpress.com/me/account

    instead of the one it was sent to.

    So you can either:

    1 – log out of WordPress.com prior to clicking the unsubscribe link

    or

    2 – Copy the link from the email, and paste it into an Incognito window.
