I can’t update my web sites – get the message ‘You don’t have any wordpress sites yet’

    I’ve had sacredgroundscoffeehouse.org and StPaulUMCDurham.com for years. My co-worker changed the password a week ago and now I can’t get in using the old or new password. I have the 2 ID codes on my Chase activity bill ($99 for each on 8/31/21) but when I hit submit to recover my sites nothing happens. I need to update the web sites. My email address is listed on the sacredgroundscoffeehouse.org site. Thanks, Phil Bowling

    Hi Phil,

    It looks like you have an Account Recovery ticket open with us, and we sent you an email with instructions how to access the correct account on 23 November. If you didn’t receive our reply, please check the Spam folder, and also the Social and Updates folders in Gmail, as they often route our emails there.

    If you need any more help, it will be best if you can reply to that email directly, as we’re not able to help with account access issues here in the public forums.
