I can’t update or edit without this error message

    Hi I am trying to edit my website and i keep getting this error message

    Not Acceptable!
    An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

    What do I do?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hello there,

    To check, is this for: knuppelphotography.com?

    If yes, this site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    The site is hosted with bluehost.com/help, so you may need to reach out to them, to make sure everything is as it should be with the server.
