    I want to update website and plugin but I can not update

    Hi @billnattha, it looks like another admin canceled the site’s upgrades and didn’t downgrade the site. That can cause some odd issues.

    Do you know whether the site is supposed to still have its upgrades in place? If so, can you or another admin re-add those so we can get the site restored? Then we can make sure any site admins regain access. You’ll need the Business Plan to restore the last options:

    You could also downgrade the site, but that’s a process that involves removing any themes and plugins added. I don’t recommend it if you’d like to keep the site as you’ve had it set up.
