I can’t upload a certain file

    Hello there,
    I am having trouble uploading a certain pdf file, I have been trying it for weeks now. It has got nothing to do with my internet, as I was able to upload other pdf’s, but I have issues with that one particular one. The size is the same as the others, so I don’t know why it won’t work. Please can I get help, this is important because it is related to my studies. Thanks in advance! Warm regards

    Hi there,

    Are you receiving any type of error when you attempt to upload the pdf? Also, what is the size of the pdf, and have you had success uploading other pdfs after being unable to upload this pdf?

    As a first step, I would either try uploading the pdf while logged in under a different browser or clear the cache of your current browser and try the upload again.

    Let me know if either work.
