I can't upload a theme

Hi! Recently I bought a theme in envatomarket.com. I want to upload this to my page http://www.atzucac.cat but I can’t find the option in the themes page in the dashboard. Can you help me?

WordPress.com users cannot upload themes from outside theme markets. You can read a bit more about this here:
However, we do have over 300 themes to choose from here:
Could you let me know what theme you purchased at Envato? Perhaps we have a comparable one at WordPress.com!

Themes cannot be uploaded to WordPress.com at all – even with the Premium bundle shown here:
http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/pro-bundle/
Can you let me know what theme you picked out at Envato? I’m happy to do some digging for you to see what we have that’s comparable.

What?! But i saw tutorials and videos where people can upload his “non oficial” themes. Why I can’t? I paid 50$ for this and, if it doesn’t work it has to be an a scam from Envato. They explain in their page that this is possible.

The title of the video clarifies that this is for a “self-hosted” site. Self-hosted sites are different than WordPress.com as explained here:
Themes cannot be uploaded to WordPress.com.

Ok I’m going to check external host webs. Some suggestions? I saw Blue Host. Thanks for your help and patience, I’m not an informatic or engineer and it’s dificult to me…

We have some recommended hosts (Bluehost and HostGator) here:
