i cant upload a theme

  I know there must be a ‘Add New’ button but i dont have it and as a result i cant install downloaded themes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello. You can’t install themes you bought elsewhere on WordPress.com: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  The only themes you can use here are the ones listed in the WordPress.com theme gallery, here: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  Downloaded themes can only be used with self-hosted WordPress.ORG websites. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
