  would u please show me how to upload or add new theme i have in Zip file ?

  Hello – WordPress.com does not support uploading of custom themes.

  You can use one of the themes on WordPress.com and customize it using the available options, or you can move your WordPress.com blog to a web host that allows uploading of custom themes, using the WordPress.org software.
