I can't upload anything… Can you help?

    I can’t upload anything to my website. I am unable to put attachments on for my students to see at home. Do I have to purchase something now to do this? I have always had the “free” website for teachers.

    Hi bphillipsla,

    What is happening when you try to upload?
    Are you getting any error message?
    What sort of files are you trying to upload?
    Have you run out of your free space? If you log into your Dashboard the At a Glance section should show you your used Storage Space and how much you have.

    Let us know and we should be able to help out.

    Thanks for the help! It ended up being a problem with a filter at the workplace.
