I can't upload media or links

  For the past few weeks, wordpress hasn’t allowed me to upload documents or images (any media, really) or link to any website. It won’t do anything when I try to add media and it sends me to my post page when I attempt to link anything on a page. Help!

  I just cleared my cache and removed my cookies and it still did not work. The Add Media option won’t even open now. I’m really frustrated.

  I am having the same problem. I haven’t been able to upload any mp3 files for 2 weeks now. I’ve cleared my cache and removed by cookies also, and didn’t help. I can’t get an answer from anyone at tech support. I flat want my money back for the added memory I purchased, and I’ll go elsewhere. I need this site up and running now! Very frustrated.

  mhschoirs, your space upgrade has passed the 30-day refund limit and a refund cannot be generated.

  Let’s see if we can get to the problem here. Do you see any error messages at all?

  If not, which browser (and version of) are you using?
