I can't upload my blog

  I created a document I want to post, but I can’t find where to upload the file. When I click to add a blog it brings me to a blank screen. When I pasted in my document it looked awful; all the spacing and formatting were gone. I posted a document once before (a month ago) and it was easy. I must be in the wrong spot?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What kind of “document”? What is the file type?
